Ingredients

The filling

  • 2 cups hulled and quartered strawberries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons white granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

The dough

  • 6 pieces reduced fat crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly mist a baking dish.
  2. Combine the berries, sugar, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Transfer the berry mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate two rolls for another use.
  5. Press the seams of the remaining dough together to form a flat rectangle.
  6. Slice the rectangle into 12 strips.
  7. Weave 4 strips lengthwise across the berry mixture and the remaining 8 strips crosswise to create a basket weave.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until the dough is golden and the berries are bubbling.
  9. Let cool for 10-15 minutes, then slice into 8 portions and serve.
