The crust

frozen pie crust in a tin, regular not deep-dish

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a heavy baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries with lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon, then add to the berries and stir to coat. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Brush the frozen pie crust with beaten egg white and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Place the pie crust on the baking sheet and fill it with the berry mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then tent with aluminum foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes until bubbly.
- Allow the pie to cool for at least 2-3 hours before slicing.
