Vegan Chickpea Chocolate Sauce

Instructions
- Remove the skins from the chickpeas, if desired, for a smoother texture.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a food processor and add all ingredients except for the water and peanut butter.
- Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add the peanut butter and gradually incorporate the ice cold water while blending.
- Blend for an additional 20-30 seconds until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill in the fridge before serving.
