Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine almond butter, cacao powder, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of water.
- Whisk the mixture until well combined.
- Taste the sauce and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
- If the sauce is too thick, add more water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately over ice cream or desserts, or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
