Vegan Almond Butter Hot Chocolate

Instructions
- Heat the non-dairy milk in a medium saucepan until it begins to boil.
- In a vented blender, combine the chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, almond butter, dates, vanilla, and sea salt.
- Once the milk is hot, pour it into the blender with the other ingredients.
- Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with coconut whipped cream if desired.
