Simple Vegan Hot Chocolate

Sweetener and flavoring

coconut whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Heat almond milk in a large mug in the microwave for 1 minute or in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once warm, whisk in cocoa powder, chocolate, and sweetener until combined.
- Continue heating until fully combined and at your preferred temperature.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Stir in peppermint extract if using and top with coconut whipped cream.
