Instructions
- Beat the wet ingredients together.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Separate the dough into 4 piles and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Using wet hands, roll each pile into a ball and shape it into a bagel.
- Roll the bagel in poppy seeds.
- Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
