Crockpot Sweet Potato Casserole

Instructions
- 1. Place the cubed sweet potatoes in the slow cooker.
- 2. Add the evaporated milk, chicken broth, butter, salt, and cinnamon.
- 3. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours until the potatoes are soft.
- 4. Mash the sweet potatoes using a potato masher.
- 5. Stir in the eggs and brown sugar.
- 6. Flatten the mixture down and top with marshmallows.
- 7. Cover and cook for an additional hour on low.
