One-Pot Marry Me Chicken and Noodles

Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large dutch oven and sear the chicken until cooked through, then set aside.
- 3. Lower the heat, add butter and onions, and cook until softened.
- 4. Stir in garlic and lemon zest, then add tomato paste and cook until it darkens.
- 5. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and noodle sauce packets, then bring to a boil.
- 6. Cook uncovered until the liquid reduces by about half.
- 7. Add noodles and cook until the sauce thickens around them.
- 8. Stir in heavy cream, sundried tomatoes, and chili crunch, then return the chicken to the pot.
- 9. Mix until the chicken is coated in sauce, top with chives, and serve.
