Chicken Chow Mein

Instructions
- 1. Boil water and cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, add chicken, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
- 3. Add onions, carrots, and celery to the pan and cook until softened.
- 4. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- 5. Add the cooked noodles and cabbage to the pan, tossing to combine.
- 6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil, then pour into the pan.
- 7. Stir until the sauce evenly coats the noodles, then add green onion tops and cook until wilted.
- 8. Serve immediately.
