Jerk Marinade

soy sauce

Shrimp
-

raw shrimp

olive oil
Instructions
- Blend all jerk spices, habanero, soy sauce, pineapple juice, lime juice, liquid smoke, and ginger until well combined.
- Drizzle the marinade over the shrimp and optionally marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to overnight.
- For pan-seared shrimp, heat a skillet with olive oil, add shrimp, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until opaque.
- For air-fried shrimp, place shrimp in the air fryer basket, cook at 370°F for 4 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until opaque.
