Jamaican Inspired Peppered Shrimp

Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onions, paprika, scotch bonnet pepper, and thyme, and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp and salt, stirring for another 2 minutes.
- Add chicken stock, bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and serve warm with bread.
