Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Leave the rolls attached and slice them horizontally like a big sandwich, then place them on a sheet pan.
- Combine the cheeses, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and pizza sauce, then spread this mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Top with the other half of the rolls.
- Brush the top of the rolls with olive oil or melted butter.
- Combine the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning for the topping, then sprinkle it over the top.
- Cover the pan loosely with foil and bake for about 30 minutes, removing the foil after 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
