Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Beat the butter until creamy, then mix in flour, sugar, salt, egg yolk, and vanilla until crumbly.
- Press the dough into the pan and top with pretzel pieces, then bake.
- Prepare the salted caramel and let it cool slightly before pouring over the crust.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, then pour over the cooled caramel and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Cool completely, lift from the pan, and cut into bars.
