Ingredients

The crust

  • cups pretzels
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup sugar

The filling

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Crush the pretzels and mix with melted butter and sugar to form the crust.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sugars, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  5. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the cookie mixture over the pretzel crust.
  8. Bake until golden brown and set.
