Instructions
- Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, honey, and garlic powder to make the vinaigrette.
- Drizzle in the olive oil while stirring to combine.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale with the vinaigrette and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Add the grapes, walnuts, parsley, Parmesan, pepper, and salt to the kale, tossing well.
