Churro Cream Puffs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix granulated sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat honey in the microwave until it starts to boil, about 20 seconds.
- Brush the tops of the cream puffs with honey and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the cream puffs on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream and salt until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and remaining cinnamon, and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fill a pastry bag with the whipped cream and pipe it into the cream puffs.
