Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and toss to coat.
- Spread the granola mixture on a baking sheet lined with a silicon baking mat or wax paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and let cool, then mix in the dried blueberries.
