Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and pecans in a large mixing bowl.
- Add maple syrup, olive oil, fresh orange juice, and orange zest to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture thinly on it.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes, stirring halfway through at the 8-minute mark.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a storage container.
