Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together cauliflower rice, salt, garlic powder, eggs, almond flour, and coconut flour until well combined.
- Form about 1/4 cup of the dough into a ball, squeeze out excess liquid, flatten it slightly, and poke a hole in the center.
- Place the formed bagel on the baking sheet and repeat until all dough is used, making 8 bagels.
- Sprinkle the everything bagel spice mixture on top of each bagel and gently press the seeds into the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown and set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing and adding toppings.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
