Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and sprinkle both sides with seasoning salt.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden and crispy.
- Transfer the thighs to a baking sheet, skin-side up, and brush generously with BBQ sauce.
