20 Minute Healthy Chicken Parmesan

DeLallo Creamy Vodka tomato sauce

fresh mozzarella cheese
The noodles

spiralized or cut into thin strips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, panko, Parmesan, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
- Cut the chicken breasts into four pieces and dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry the chicken in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Add the sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and return to the oven until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- While the chicken is baking, spiralize or shred the zucchini.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over the raw zucchini noodles, and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
