Instructions
- Massage the chopped kale with a pinch of sea salt until tender.
- Add sliced strawberries, chopped avocado, sliced almonds, and feta cheese to the kale.
- In a small jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper, then shake to mix.
