Raspberry, Walnut & Avocado Kale Salad

The dressing

champagne wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

pure maple syrup (or honey)

Instructions
- Massage chopped kale with salt in a large bowl until the leaves darken in color.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad, massaging the dressing into the kale for about a minute.
- Add red onion, walnuts, avocado, raspberries, and feta to the salad and toss to combine.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
