Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry and drizzle with oil.
- Mix spices, salt, and sugar in a bowl, then toss with the shrimp.
- Grill or pan-sear the shrimp until cooked, then squeeze lime over them.
- Serve shrimp in toasted tortillas with black beans and mango cabbage slaw.
- Optionally drizzle with chipotle mayo.
