Chipotle Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

The Sauce

low sugar ketchup

red wine vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold or honey or erythritol

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and place the rack in the middle position.
- Line a large sheet pan with foil and place a cooling rack in the pan.
- Mix the ingredients for the Chipotle Chile 'Brown Sugar' Seasoning in a small bowl.
- Mix the Sweet & Sour Sauce together in another small bowl.
- Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces and season with garlic salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon into thirds and roll each piece of chicken in a piece of bacon, placing seam side down on the rack.
- Coat each bacon-wrapped chicken piece in the Chipotle Chile 'Brown Sugar' seasoning.
- Brush the Sweet & Sour sauce onto each piece and sprinkle with any leftover seasoning.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 5-7 minutes, turn the pieces over and broil for another 5-8 minutes.
