Ingredients

The seafood and sausage

  • 1 pound snow crab legs
  • 1 pound raw shrimp
  • 6 oz smoked sausage

The vegetables

  • 1 pound red potatoes
  • 6 ears mini corn on the cob

The garlic butter sauce

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and corn in a large pot for 10-13 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Remove the potatoes and corn from the water and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in the remaining garlic butter sauce ingredients for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  5. In an oven bag, combine the shrimp, crab legs, sausage, potatoes, and corn, and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Seal the bag and toss to coat the contents with the sauce.
  7. Place the bag on a sheet pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping the bag halfway through.
  8. Check for doneness: shrimp should be pink and firm, and crab should be pearly white.
