Sesame Banana Bread

The glaze

sifted dark brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add 1 cup of sesame seeds to the dry mixture and combine well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, and lemon zest.
- Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and fold until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out to cool completely.
- While cooling, prepare the glaze by whisking together the sugars and lemon juice.
- Once the bread is cool, drizzle the glaze on top and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
