Sesame Tahini Banana Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper, greasing it lightly with oil.
- If using flax eggs, prepare them and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
- In a blender, combine the bananas, eggs (if using), tahini, coconut sugar, and oil, and blend until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the flax egg (if using), and mix in the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and sesame seeds until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
