Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, melted butter, sugars, egg, vanilla, tahini, and baking soda.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a rack to cool further.
