Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
- 3. Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
- 4. Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- 5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
