Ingredients

  • 2 large overripe bananas, mashed
  • cup tahini
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, tahini, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. 3. Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
  4. 4. Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. 5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
