Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend the bananas, eggs, vanilla, honey, and coconut oil until well combined.
- 3. Add the almond flour, salt, and baking soda, and pulse until mixed.
- 4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- 5. Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through, checking based on the size of your loaf pan.
- 6. Allow to cool before slicing and enjoy.
