Broccoli Tortellini Alfredo

The sauce

Romano cheese

Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms in a pan over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes.
- If using, deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine at the end of cooking the mushrooms.
- Add the heavy cream, grated Romano cheese, and spices to the pan.
- Bring the cream mixture to a low boil and cook for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Add the broccoli florets, tortellini, and carrots to the pan, mixing them with the sauce.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until everything is fully heated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and additional carrots if desired.
