Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray, then add the broccoli and garlic, spraying with oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Roast the broccoli for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender and beginning to brown.
- While the broccoli is roasting, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and drain well.
- Combine the drained tortellini with the roasted broccoli, Italian seasoning, and marinara sauce in the baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
