Shredded Coconut Banana Millet Breakfast Grain Bowl

Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
- 2. Add millet, stir, return to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook until tender (about 20 minutes).
- 3. While millet is cooking, prepare the toppings.
- 4. Drain any remaining water from the millet and fluff with a fork.
- 5. Divide the cooked millet among two bowls.
- 6. Top each bowl with sliced banana, peanuts, and shredded coconut.
- 7. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
- 8. Serve each bowl with coconut milk beverage and enjoy immediately.
