Instructions
- Combine all cider ingredients in the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and cook on Manual/High-Pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the steam when done.
- Puree the mixture using a hand blender or mash with a potato masher.
- Close the lid and cook on Manual/High-Pressure for an additional 5 minutes.
- Quick release the steam again and strain the mixture.
- Serve topped with whipped cream, caramel, and cinnamon.
