Garlic Tea

The tea

The flavorings

honey

lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
- Slice the ginger into thin pieces.
- Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the boiling water, cover, and reduce the heat.
- Simmer the mixture for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the liquid into mugs.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice into each mug and serve immediately.
