7-Layer Tortilla Pie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the pinto beans and mix in ¾ cup of salsa and minced garlic.
- In another bowl, combine ¼ cup salsa, cilantro, black beans, and chopped tomatoes.
- Place one tortilla in a pie plate and spread ¾ cup of the pinto bean mixture on top.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese over the bean mixture and cover with another tortilla.
- Spread ⅔ cup of the black bean mixture on the second tortilla and top with another ¼ cup of cheese.
- Repeat the layering process twice more, finishing with a tortilla on top.
- Spread the remaining pinto bean mixture and cheese on the top tortilla.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
