Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with crushed pineapple and sour cream.
- Whisk in the eggs, milk, rum, and vanilla until smooth, then add the sugars.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt.
- Mix the melted butter into the dry ingredients, then gradually add the wet mixture.
- Mix for about 2 minutes until fully combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-75 minutes.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
