The Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the orange chicken sauce by mixing orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha, then set aside.
- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl until scrambled.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, and salt.
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, then coat each piece in the egg wash followed by the flour mixture.
- Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium/high heat and cook the chicken pieces for 2-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the pan, then add the sauce and cornstarch, whisking until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the pan and toss in the sauce, seasoning with orange zest and sesame seeds.
- Serve with your choice of grain and veggies.
