Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by heating orange juice, brown sugar substitute, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic in a saucepan for 3-4 minutes.
- Whisk in xanthan gum and simmer for an additional 5-6 minutes until thick and sticky.
- In a bowl, combine eggs and heavy cream, then add chopped chicken.
- On a plate, mix coconut flour, salt, and pepper. Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once all chicken is cooked, toss it in the orange sauce and serve immediately.
