Ingredients

The potatoes

  • lbs Small Red Potatoes, cubed

The sauce

  • 1 pkg Cream Cheese, room temperature (8 oz)
  • 1 can Cream of Potato Soup, condensed (10¾ oz)
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 packet Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix (1 oz)

The toppings

  • 3 Green Onions, thinly sliced

The meat

  • 6 slices Thick Cut Bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Add the cooked sliced bacon and potatoes to the crock pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, potato soup, milk, and dressing mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and bacon, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the potatoes are tender, stirring once halfway through.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.
