Instructions
- Add the cooked sliced bacon and potatoes to the crock pot.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, potato soup, milk, and dressing mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and bacon, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the potatoes are tender, stirring once halfway through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
