The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Combine spinach/kale, pistachios, broccoli, edamame, cucumber, and avocado in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with your choice of dressing, or serve with Creamy Avocado Dressing.
- For the dressing, blend garlic, avocado, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
- If the dressing is too thick, add water to reach desired consistency.
- Season dressing with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve the salad with the dressing.
