Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
- Chop the apples into small cubes and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and eggs.
- Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt, stirring until fully combined.
- Sprinkle some apple cubes in the bottom of the baking dish, then pour the oatmeal mixture on top.
- Add the remaining apples, raisins, and walnuts on top.
- Bake for about 40 minutes until cooked through.
- Let it cool before slicing if you plan to cut it into squares.
