Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients: applesauce, milk, maple syrup, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Fold in the chopped apple and raisins if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is firm.
- Let it cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
- Serve warm with toppings as desired.
