Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Shred the apples with the skin on and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined.
  4. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top begins to brown.
