Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg and then add the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
- 4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until mixed.
- 5. Fold in the chopped apples and transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- 6. Bake for 30 minutes until set and not liquidy, then cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
