Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 large Apple
  • 1 cup Milk (Almond Milk or Regular)
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 large Eggs

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. 3. Stir in the oats and apple chunks.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. 5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the middle is set and easily sliceable.
