Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉ and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, maple syrup, applesauce, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Stir until mixed.
- Fold in the apples and toasted walnuts.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with additional walnuts.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
