Crockpot BBQ Chicken Thighs

boneless, skinless chicken thighs
The sauce

gluten-free BBQ sauce

apple cider vinegar

honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, and salt in the crockpot.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them in the crockpot, coating them with the sauce.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 to 3½ hours or LOW for 5 to 6 hours, turning the thighs at least once.
- Transfer the thighs to a baking sheet and broil for 3 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
